Crime Report: Criminal Mischief, Drug Arrests

The following arrest information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

 

The Suffolk County Police Department reported these arrests and incidents in Hauppauge during Jan. 18 to Jan. 24.

Danny Nieves, 23, of Ronkonkoma, was arrested Jan. 24 in Hauppauge and charged with two counts of unlawful possession of marijuana. The incident took place on Veterans Memorial Highway at 1:45 p.m.

Timothy Devlin, 31, of Islandia, was arrested Jan. 24 in Islandia and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. The incident took place on Veterans Memorial Highway at 7:32 p.m.

Annemarie Rosa, 54, of Farmingdale, was arrested Jan. 18 in Hauppauge and charged with criminal mischief. She is accused of kicking a basement window of a home on Stonegate Court several times until the glass broke. The incident allegedly took place at 7:45 a.m. on Dec. 14.
