Hauppauge Robotics Team Wins LI Award

Hauppauge High School’s Robotic Eagles made it to the semifinals of the SBPLI FIRST Robotics Competition – which was held at Hofstra University – by beating the top-ranked Long Island team. They also were awarded the Gracious Professionalism Award. FIRST bestows this award to the Robotics Team that best “celebrates outstanding sportsmanship and continuous Gracious Professionalism® in the heat of competition, both on and off the playing field.”
