Once you're done with classes and business meetings, there are plenty of events happening in Hauppauge on Friday night. Patch has a few suggestions of local places to go out and unwind.

4. New York State passed its annual budget, which determines state aid for public schools. Hauppauge Patch will have an article his afternoon about how the approved state budget affects and tax levy.
