Boy Scout Troop 343 Hosts Garage Sale Fundraiser
Hauppauge Boy Scout Troop hopes to raise funds to offset backpacking trip to Philmont High Adventures.
Hauppauge Boy Scouts are hosting a weekend long garage sale in efforts to raise funds to have a one-of-a-kind camp experience.
Boy Scout Troop 343 will be hosting a garage sale on June 30 and July 1, from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m at 128 South Plaisted Avenue in Hauppauge. The events proceeds will go towards a much anticipated troop camping experience.

Troop 343 had been hosting fundraiser for several months to help offset the costs of a trip to Philmont High Adventures Scout Ranch in New Mexico. During the week-long trip, 17 scouts and four adults will hike 50 miles where they participate in service projects while hiking on the trail.
