January is flying by, we'd like to know if you kept your New Year's resolution to stay healthy and in shape.
Some of the more popular New Year's resolutions involve getting or staying in shape. With January almost over, we're checking to see if you made a resolution to stay healthy and are sticking to it.
LA Fitness opened on Smithtown's Main Street in late 2012, and there were already a number of gyms that have dominated the local fitness landscape such as Bodyworks Fitness in Hauppauge, Camp 41 Strength Conditioning in Hauppauge, Gold's Gym in Smithtown, Energy Fitness in St. James, On The Go Fitness in Nesconset and many more.
