Feb. 16: Hofstra Reception, Board Notes and Chocolate Delights

Wednesday marks our second Momsday on Hauppauge Patch.

Wednesday brings two social programs meant for different ages groups, one for youth and other for senior adults, to the library. Meanwhile teens and young adults considering their future will want to head towards the Hyatt Regency. 

1. Make it for children ages 18 months - 5 years at the 10:30 a.m. This educational time for families allows young children to learn and explore. 

2.  Hauppauge seniors can indulge at at the Hauppauge Public Library from 3 p.m. - 5 p.m. It's a chocolate dipping party where you can make your own treats.

3. Hofstra University holds its   at the  tonight. Two information sessions will discuss admission, scholarships and financial aid.  Call ahead at 1-800-Hofstra to reserve a seat.
