Friends, family parishioners mourning the loss of a Hauppauge religious leader will start gathering on Thursday to pay their final respects and share memories of a beloved man.
Rev. Monsignor Francis Midura, leader of in Hauppauge,. He was 67.
"We are grateful to the Lord for the awesome love and endless blessing he shared with us at St. Thomas More," read a statement released by the church.
The following funeral arraignments for Midura are open to public and will be held at St. Thomas More unless noted:
Wake: Thursday, Aug. 2 from 5 p.m. - 9 p.m.
Friday, Aug. 3 from 3:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.
Firematic Services: Thursday, Aug. 2 at 8 p.m. at Hauppauge Fire Department
Mass of Transferral: Friday, Aug. 3 at 7:30 p.m.
Funeral Mass: Saturday, Aug. 4 at 11 a.m. Bishop William Murphy will be presiding.
Father Francis Midura's burial/interment will be private.
