Knowing where to fill up can make a difference of 4 cents a gallon this week. The highest gas prices in Hauppauge have come down anywhere from 10 to 20 cents, from a high of $3.89 per gallon last week. The lowest prices can be found at Lukoil, or the two Hess stations on Route 347.
