Gas prices across Hauppauge still continue decrease ever so slightly, prices for a gallon of 87-octane fuel dropping here and there. A few stations have dropped prices by cents, but the average price in town hovers around $3.70.
Sunoco gas station on Motor Parkway has the lowest price per gallon of fuel at $3.59. Gulf and Mobil gas stations on Wheeler Road, on the Long Island Expressway service roads, have the highest prices in the Hauppauge area.
