This week Hauppauge Patch has found a great selection of family-friendly events to enjoy with your children from March 23 - 29. Pick and choose from high school theatre, volunteer cleanup, Wii games and more!
Where/When: Friday at Smithtown Library from 4 - 4:45 p.m.
Why Go: What better way to let loose after school than to play a little Nintendo Wii? Young adults in grades 6-12 are invited to play Rock Band and an assortment of other games. Teen can bring their own to play with friends too.

Why Go: Enjoy a relaxing night of theatre as Hauppauge High School students perform a Disney classic. It's fun night for the whole family.

Why Go: Help out the Hauppauge Little League as they hold their annual cleanup day. Join coaches, parents and players as they prepare the field for the new season by teaching children to take responsibility for their fields.

When/Where: Saturday at Nissequogue River State Park in Kings Park, 10 a.m - 11:30 a.m
Why go: Children can get in touch with nature by creating their own terrarium using a 2-liter soda bottle. It will allow children watch plants grow in before their eyes.
Pricing: $4 adult, $3 child and $8 parking. Registration is required.
When/Where: Stony Brook's Staller Center for The Arts on March 27 at 4 p.m.
Why Go: Mark Nizer, a world class juggler and famous comedian, will take the stage at Stony Brook for an afternoon show that will wow the entire family. His show includes juggling, technology, laser lights, and music.
