Friday marks a battle of the minds and wits for your entertainment, if not snowed in. There are events at a myriad of locations with something for everyone, from sports to boardgames and children to seniors. 

1. Hauppauge Eagles wrestling travel to take on one of their toughest competitors on the road to a League V title, , at the Kings Park High School at 5:30 p.m. Directions are available on Section XI's website. 

2. Let your children get crafting at  at the   from 7 p.m. - 7:45 p.m. Call 631-979-1600 in advance to reserve a remaining seat.

3. See a local production of the Broadway musical  at the nearby Smithtown Center For The Performing Arts at 7 p.m. It's a outing that the entire family can enjoy. 

4. Test your mind and your vocabulary at 's Scrabble hours on Fridays from 12:30 p.m. - 2:30 pm. Bring a board or a friend to add to increase the competition.
