Jan. 31: Cyberbullying, Water Quality and Kindergarten Registration

Monday kicks off a week jammed packed with events following last Thursday's snow closures.

Monday kicks off a week packed full of events following last's weeks snow closures. Many focus on children from school registration to bullying classes for parents and children to attend together. Check Patch for the most up-to-date information on rescheduled events. 

1.  will hold its first meeting of the  for teens from 7 - 8 p.m. Teens who attend to discuss bullying in schools and their concerns can receive community service credit. 

2. Attention all parents,  will be having its  this week through Feb. 4.

3 at the Smithtown Public Library's main branch from 7 - 8 p.m. Dietician Susan Miller will teach attendees about nutrition to improve your health.  

4. Suffolk County Legis. Edward Romaine and others will be holding a forum exploring Water Quality Issues in Suffolk County at 11 a.m. in the W.H. Rogers Legislature Building, 725 Veterans Highway, Hauppauge. It's open to the public and Patch will be reporting for those unable to attend.
