July 26: Free Yoga Classes and Concerts

This Tuesday, the summer continues to rock on as the Nesconset Free Summer Concert series continues. Free events are great family entertainment, especially for the unemployed, with the latest stats on unemployment on Long island released this afternoon.

1. Gather up your children for trip to Barnes & Noble's C at 10 a.m. at the Smith Haven Mall. Each week features a different story, songs and crafts for free.

2. Add daily exercise and stretching into your routine withat the from 6 p.m. to 6:45 p.m. Registration is required. Want a challenge? Look into the class.

3. The series steps back in time this Tuesday featuring That 70's Band at 7:30 p.m. Be sure to arrive early for the best seats and enter the raffle. Check Patch this afternoon for a preview of the band.
