March 7: IB Information Session, PTA and Hauppauge History

Monday kicks off the week with two very important school meetings on either the school's application for proposed change to the IB Program to a meeting of the PTA Council. 

1. Hauppauge school district officials are hosting a community information session on the International Baccalaureate  at , 8 p.m.  Come down and have your questions answered about the program, what changes and what costs it would take. 

2. Meanwhile, Hauppaue   will be holding their regular meeting at  at 7:30 p.m.  Get involved to find out more about what's happening in your child 's classroom. 

3. Parents with their children in grades 1 - 3 are invited to s to hear the story of from 4:30 p.m. - 5:15 p.m.  After the story, design your own book to bring home and read again. 

4. Learn about Hauppauge's founding families with the next article in theHistory of Hauppauge series from Patch's Rita Egan at 2:30 p.m.
