Nov. 27: Alumni Soccer, Basketball Scrimmages and Holiday Wreaths

This Saturday a pair of sporting events are the highlights of the day.

Saturday has a pair of sporting events sure to draw local attention. Catch Hauppauge High School's alumni kicking around a ball, then catch a glimpse of the upcoming basketball season.

1.alumni boys soccer players will gather for a game at 9 a.m. Kicking around a ball together is a sure way to bring back memories, stir camaraderie and laughter.

2. Get a sneak peak of this season's as they take on neighboring Commack at 10 a.m. in the first scrimmage of the season. Attend to cheer on the Eagles, see who made the team and how they are coming together.

4. Ready for Christmas? Boy Scout Troup 343 of Hauppauge will be holding a two-day at . Christmas wreaths, crosses, grave blankets and centerpieces will be available for purchase.
