"I'm pretty sure they cannot charge more for credit. The way they skirt the issue is by claiming the credit price is the regular price and the cash price is discounted. So if their regular price is nearly $5 then they are most definitely price gouging. I think they just hope you don't realize until it's too late. The way I handle this is by going to a more trustworthy gas station who doesn't pull this nonsense. Hess @ 111 and 347 is always competitively priced and same for cash or credit. No gimmicks."
