Wendy's, JP Morgan Chase In Hauppauge Are Hiring

Hauppauge is home to the second largest industrial park in the nation, with corporate complexes lining Veterans Memorial Highway and 'mom and pop' shops that are essential to daily life. With so many local businesses, there's always an employer looking to hire, a job opening that needs to be filled.

Wendy's, JP Morgan Chase, and Avon are among the employers hiring this week.

• Position: Teller 
• Description: JP Morgan Chase is one of the leading banks worldwide.The companies deal with both big and small businesses and is looking to hire a new teller in one of their Hauppauge offices. Tellers work  face-to-face with customers and deal with large amounts of money. All tellers will be responsible for handling transactions efficiently and accurately. 
• Requirements: Applicants must have six months cash handling experience, strong communication skills, and strong problem solving skills. A high school degree is required with a college degree preferred. Must be comfortable working nights and weekends, as well as, standing for long periods of time.

• Position: Shift Supervisor
• Description: Wendy's is looking for a shift supervisor for one of their Hauppauge locations. The shift supervisors is in charge of training new employees and will work directly under the general manager. All supervisors will be in charge of speaking with customers, helping with any disputes, and making sure the work day maintains a positive flow. 
• Requirements: A high school diploma is required, having a college degree is a plus. All applicants must have more than one year of restaurant experience and a flexible schedule.

• Position: Sales Representative (PT/FT)
• Description: Avon is a company that prides themselves on being a "self-starting" business. Avon allows you to set your own hours, work from the comfort of your own home and throughout your own neighborhood. All representatives will be responsible for learning the product line and communicating the line effectively to others. Avon is looking for a new sales representative in the Hauppauge area.
