Back by popular demand, this week's "Historical Where Was This Photo Taken?" goes back in time, to take a glimpse of Hauppauge's past. We'd like to see if you can identify these landmarks, memorials, signs, and local scenes.

where was it located? Is this anywhere near Stump Pond in the park off of Vets Highway?

Bill Wulpern, at Sanford's Pond. The other name of the pond was Scholl's Pond after the following owner's. On a tragic note, the Scholl's 15 year old son died after falling into the pond while ice skating.
