Whiz Kid's Accomplishment: Jake was inducted as a member into the National French Honor Society at Hauppauge High School.

Whiz Kid's Key to Awesomeness: In addition to being an academic scholar, Jake is highly involved in Hauppauge athletics and the community. He can be seen on the fields as a member of Eagles varsity baseball and the winter boys track team.
Jake also spends his time volunteering at Sweet Briar Nature Center in Smithtown. The 10th-grader has helped with its summer children's programs for the past four years.

He will also be inducted into the National Honor Society and nominated to attend the Congressional Youth Leadership Council.
