Children enrolled in kindergarten through fifth-grade can celebrate Halloween Happenings at the Hauppauge Public Library on Oct. 28 from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Teen volunteers will be on hand for games, crafts, face painting and pumpkin decorating in time for Halloween. Register in advance via the library's website or in person.
