As area roads remain icy, area businesses decide if they will open or stay shut one more day.
With some area roads still unplowed, and heavy rains making the passable roads slick, businesses around town are making decisions on opening on Monday.
Meanwhile, Hauppauge School District cancelled classes on Monday, the Hauppauge Public Library is open, and branches of the Smithtown Special Library District opened late.
