A new Tex-Mex restaurant opening in Islandia is giving burrito lovers another option to contemplate - or a few.
Newsday reports the Ghost Chili has opened for business in the Islandia Shopping Center off Veterans Highway, taking over the space that was formerly Starbucks. The store allows customers to move along a line and select ingredients to put their burrito, salad or taco similar to Chipotle Mexican Grill.
