Open Office Creates Another Hole on Vets Highway [Empty in Hauppauge]

No matter what time of day you drive down Veterans Highway in Hauppauge there's always traffic. Yet nearly every office building along the roadway appears to have "for rent" or "space available" signs posted in front of it.

There's now a new sign out in front of 825 Veterans Highway noting that more office space has become "available" - or empty.

Half of this modern office building has been placed on the market for rent by Park Place Realty Group. The space was previously occupied by Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company.

The 2,400 square-foot office space is listed at $22.50 per square foot, according to Loopnet. Tenants would have their own separate meters and a private entrance.
