HIA-LI Celebrates Business At Holiday Luncheon

Organization recognizes leaders, executives cut loose with entertainment.

Hauppauge Industrial Association of Long Island held its annual Holiday Luncheon on Tuesday at the , and what a sight.

HIA-LI hosts the annual networking event to thank members and provide a seasonal celebration of the past years of business. The business organization handed out two awards to those who have helped it succeed in meeting its goals over the past year.

HIA-LI recognized Suffolk Community College as an organization focused on helping promote Long Island Business, as host of the HIA-LI's annual business expo and working with various companies to promote future careers in manufacturing. John Kominicki, a reporter for Long Island Business News, was also given award for his extensive coverage of local business and economic trends.
