Pace's Steak House in Hauppauge is one of dozens of restaurants participating in Long Island Restaurant Week, which runs now through May 5.
Diners can enjoy a three-course prix fixe dinner for $27.95, except for Saturday, when it may only be offered until 7 p.m.
Pace's special menu features an appetizer selection of baked clams, fresh mozzarella with roasted red peppers arugula and endive salad. The entrée selection includes medallions of filet mignon diane pan seared and served in brandy, shallots, cream, dijon mustard and Worcestershire sesame crusted salmon pan seared and served with a teriyaki glaze chicken arubata breaded and sautéed chicken breast with sliced tomato, onion and balsamic vinaigrette and rigatoni bolognese sautéed ground tenderloin, plum tomato and a touch of cream.
Dessert includes a choice of New York cheesecake, chocolate mousse cake or a sorbet trio.
