Local real estate agents have earned the prestigous title of being named part of the top performing real estate team of the year.
Team Scarito, under Prudential Douglas Elliman of Smithtown, was named 2012 Residential Real Estate Team of Year by Long Island Business News.
The team lead by patriarch Robert, and his two sons, Robert and Michael, bring more than 45 years of real estate experience to the table. In 2011, they had more than 140 completed transactions to make a gross sales figure of $50.5 million.
