Smith Haven Plaza Gets a Face Lift

New Front and brightly colored awnings bring new life into the Lake Grove shopping center on Route 347.

Shoppers at the Smith Haven Plaza in Lake Grove might have noticed that the local stores got a face lift over the holiday season.

Businesses overlooking Route 347 in the Smith Haven Plaza received a new facade and bright colored awnings were installed, minus Bed, Bath and Beyond, bringing new life to the shopping center.

The colored awnings were chosen to carefully match the nearest businesses. Trader Joe's has signature red color, while Old Navy and Pier One  have blue awnings matching their corporate colors.
