"Yogurtini separates itself from other fro-yos through it's eclectic product," she said via email.
When deciding what franchise to bring to Smithtown, Bedziner said Yogurtini's look and business practices stood out from other frozen yogurt companies.
"We were attracted to the franchise by it's ease of operations," she said. "The sophisticated look and feel of the stores sets us apart from the rest of the marketplace."
Yogurtini will be open Sunday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., and Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. While the store will open Thursday, Bedziner said there will be a grand opening celebration Sept. 15, with proceeds raised throughout the day being donated to Susan G.
