2008 Yamaha U1 Upright Piano - Like New

Yamaha U1 Upright Piano - Polished-Ebony Piano 2008 (bought brand new on October 17th, 2008) -- $5,300 OBO. It is 5 1/2 years old. 

I hand-picked this piano for its beautiful, rich sound. Yamaha U1 pianos are about as good as you can get for an upright piano. This piano is in excellent condition. We had a humidifier/dehumidifier installed 4 years ago, which is necessary with a piano on the east coast and the climate/humidity change. It has been maintained and tuned regularly. It has never been kept near a window/outside wall or heating/air-conditioning vent. 

The bench is actually still in its box. I purchased an adjustable bench when I bought the piano, so the matching polished-ebony bench has not even been taken out of the box.

I am pursuing a doctorate in piano performance in NYC and will be moving there and cannot take my piano with me.
