10 Places to Buy Holiday Gift Wrap

Once you start to finish up your holiday shopping, there comes the aim of making sure everyone's presents are wrapped. It can be frustrating with oddly shapped presents, stuffed animals for kids and more boxes than you can count.

We're hoping to take one frustration away, by giving you this list of 10 places locally to buy affordable wrapping paper sure to make your presents shine:

This Hauppauge craft store has a small selection of wrapping paper.  But, if you want to get creative, they have an array of baskets and containers of all sorts. A.C. Moore also has a beautiful selection of ribbons and silk flowers so you can decorate a gift so beautifully that you'll want to leave it wrapped the whole year through!

This bargain store is located on Smithtown Boulevard in Nesconset in the Sun Dried Tomato Shopping Center, Dollar Deals is a good place to shop for inexpensive wrapping paper, bags and bows. For $1, who cares how fast they ripit off.

* Walmart
Located on Veterans Highway in Islandia, Walmart has gift wrap, bows, bags and boxes for a good price. It also has a selection of gift cards to set up the perfect moment for opening presents.

* BJ's Wholesale Club
Located on Old Nichols Road in Islandia, BJ's is behind Hooters. If you have a BJ's membership, and have many presents to wrap, your best bet is to visit this store for one of their huge rolls of Christmas wrap, and a monster bag of bows that is sure to go the Christmas mile.

Target is another good place with a large selection for your Christmas wrapping.  Not to mention, you can also get some fun stocking stuffers as well. It's located on Veterans Highway in Commack.

Located on Smithtown Boulevard in Nesconset, CVS always has a nice variety of seasonal items.  CVS is good when you are about to go to someone's house for the holidays, and that one person somehow made it off your shopping list. It's a great place to shop last minute, as you have good gifts and wrapping paper, bags, tissue paper and cards all in one place.

* Barnes and Noble
  Anything you purchase at the store within those hours will be all ready for that special person by the time you walk out of the store.

* Amy's Hallmark
Located in the Smith Haven Mall's Lifestyle Center, this quaint store, stock full of lovely gifts and sentimental greeting cards, also has a nice selection of wrapping paper.

* Costco
Located on Middle Country Road in Nesconset, Costco is across from the Smith Haven Mall. Similar to BJ's, you need a membership to shop there.  But, if you have one, they have an array of products in bulk.

* Christmas Tree Store
Located in the Tanger Outlet in Deer Park, this store lives up to its name!  If you want a crazy assortment of wrapping and bows and bags and baskets and various containers along with every Christmas goodie under the North Star, as well as great, inexpensive gifts… this is the store for you.  It's definitely worth the small hop to Commack road to finish up your presents.
