Patch has caught pictures of tree-lined streets and paths in Hauppauge as the leaves hit their peaks in vibrant shades of red, orange and yellow over the past week. Many of these pictures are local destinations along Routes 454 and 347, including the Greenbelt Trail, a hiking path that runs through the area.
