St. Thomas More Roman Catholic Church and its parish offices were heavily damaged by Hurricane Irene on Sunday. Falling trees broke the roof of the church's educational offices while heavy rains flooded the church's parking lot.
A roofing contractor who surveyed the damage said the three-day old roof of the educational offices will need to be replaced, as he took photos for insurance purposes.
