Question of the Day: Do You Plan To Travel On Memorial Day Weekend?

Despite high gas prices, AAA predicts most residents will be sticking to their travel plans.

The three-day Memorial Day weekend is traditional celebrated with family reunions, barbecue cookouts, that first trip to the beach or to spending a weekend out camping. Yet, gas prices hovering above $4 per gallon for 87-octane fuel can put a damper on those annual traditions.

According to CNN Money's report, the motorist group AAA predicts that most Americans will stick to their travel plans this weekend despite the high cost of gas. It expects 34.9 million Americans to travel 50 miles or more between May 26 and May 30, a 0.2 percent increase over 2010.

Our Question of the Day asks: Do you plan to travel this Memorial Day Weekend? Will the cost of gas affect your travel plans?
