It's always good to get some exercise in. This is a proactive adult class, but it can be modified for your needs. Bring water, weights, and a mat. Tuesday, 10 a.m. Hauppauge Public Library.
Hauppauge Rotary Club Meeting
Join the Hauppauge Rotary Club for their weekly meetings at 7:45 a.m. at Paradise Diner off Veterans Highway. The club currently has approximately 20 members who meet to discuss business, upcoming events, and ways of giving back to and improving the Hauppauge community.
