Join White Lotus at 6pm for a Vinyasa style Yoga Class as Donna Nesteruk, Sound Healer, keeps the beat on her drums with the flow of syncronized poses that combine breath with movement.  Guaranteed to get your energetic vibration as high as a mountain peek.  Only 10 spots left. Fee $20.

Followed by a Drumming Circle from 7:30 - 8:30pm.  Beat your own drum, provided by us, while learning about sound healing with Donna Nesteruk.  Limited to 16 Sign-up required.  Fee $35.
