Will You Eat Here?

Ara International Grille & Bar, on the corner of Route 347 and Route 25 in St. James is now open.

The newest restaurant to the area is Ara International Grille & Bar, located on the corner of Route 347 and Route 25 in St. James.

Back in June, Patch reported that the establishment was under construction and was set for an August opening. Now that it is open, locals could enjoy lunch and dinner prepared by Executive Chef Dino Vlacich, dining in the restaurant or take-out, or hit the bar for drinks with friends.

Have you been to Ara to eat yet? What do you think of the cuisine?

Let me start by saying I have not eaten here so I cannot speak for the food. I have seen pictures of the décor on Face book and it looks very nice. Now here’s my problem. With the current economy we are all dealing with who in their right mind would pay $24 for Linguine and clams?? or $12 for a Lobster Bisque. I don’t have to taste the food to tell you that you are “Over Priced”! I wish you luck and success on that corner every place that opened there never made it, my wife say’s it’s cursed. You won’t have to worry about any curse if you keep charging those prices.
