The summer is a great time of year to develop fitness goals. It's warm out, the days are long and its easy to get outside and exercise.
Whether it's making a habit for hitting the gym for a perfect beach body, moving from the treadmill to the outdoor paths, or taking time to hike, it takes a couple of weeks to make a new fitness routine into a steady habit.
Our Question of the Day asks: How do you stay in shape locally? Do you prefer to hit up the gyms or do you have a favorite running path/hiking trail in the area?
Share a few of your ideas, while there's still a month or more of warm weather to make it a habit.
