The Greater Smithtown Chamber of Commerce will host the sixth annual on Saturday morning. Hundreds of local runners are expected to take to the street, raising funds for two nonprofit organizations with local roots.
The Courtney Sipes Foundation is named for in November 2009. Her friends and family tend to wear yellow bandanas, her favorite color, in her memory.
The race also benefits Angela's House, founded by Bob Policastro, which helps seriously ill children and their family receive necessary treatment and care.

Registration starts at 8 a.m. at New York Avenue School in Smithtown.
