Cops: Woman Steals TV from Islandia Walmart

Suffolk County Police seek public's help in identifying the alleged thief.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers are seeking the public's help in identifying a women who alleged stole a television from Walmart in Islandia.

Police said a woman entered Walmart on Veterans Memorial Highway on May 18 and took a 26-inch television without paying for it. She is wanted by Crime Stoppers on charges of petty larceny.

Crime Stoppers and the Fourth Precinct are asking anyone who may have further information to call 1-800-220-TIPS. All calls are confidential. A cash reward of up to $$5,000 may be offered for information that leads to an arrest.
