Suffolk County Police Department reported these arrests and incidents in Hauppauge.
Peter Furno, 51, of Holbrook, was charged with driving while intoxicated on June 5. Police said Furno was driving a 2002 Chevy Suburban on Old Willets Path in Hauppauge at 3:42 a.m. when police charged him with DWI.
Barry Goldberg, 51, of Nesconset, was arrested in Smithtown on June 9 at 11:49 p.m. on first degree criminal contempt charges. Reports state Goldberg made threats to harm a man.
Neeko Marchand, 19, of Hauppauge, was charged with assault on June 5. Police said Marchand bit a male victim on the stomach and ear causing substantial pain. Police said the incident occurred in Smithtown on May 27.
