Crime Report: Bank Robbery; Stolen Property

The following arrest information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Suffolk County Police Department Fourth Precinct reported these arrests and incidents in Smithtown during Jan. 27 - Feb. 2.

William McClurkin, 30, of Medford, was arrested in Hauppauge on a charge of third-degree grand larceny, a felony. Reports state McClurkin was arrested for robbing several Bank of America locations between July 12 and July 18 of last year.

Anthony Licausi, 27, of Farmingville, was arrested on Jan. 31 in Nesconset on a charge of third-degree grand larceny, a felony, and a charge of resisting arrest, a misdemeanor. Reports state at roughly 12 a.m. Licausi stole property of an unidentified person. The reports also state at 1:10 p.m. Licausi resisted arrest by pushing away from police officers to avoid being handcuffed.
