The Suffolk County Police Department reported these arrests and incidents:
Leigh Timothy, 20, of Hauppauge was charged on June 2 in Baywood for driving while intoxicated. . Police said Timothy was heading east bound on Pine Aire drive and Sagtikos Parkway at 7:49 a.m. when he rear-ended a vehicle stopped at a red light.
James Marro, 24, of Hauppuage, was charged on June 2 in Sayville for driving while intoxicated. Police said Marro was on Montauk Highway in Sayville at 10:50 p.m. when he failed to maintain his lane. Police charged Marro with aggravated DWI for having a blood alcohol content of .18 or higher.
Kaylin Reutter, 20, of Hauppauge was charged on June 1 at 11:57 p.m. in Smithtown with driving while impaired by drugs. Police said Reutter was in the parking lot of Stop and Shop in Smithtown. Reutter was also charged with possession of marijuana.
