Crime Report: Forged Social Security Card, DWI
The following arrest information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
The Suffolk County Police Department's reported these arrests and incidents in Hauppauge during Feb. 18 - 25.
Edil Perez, 23, of Central Islip, was arrested Feb. 24 in Hauppauge and charged with second-degree possession of a forged instrument. Police said Perez was pulled over at a traffic stop at Adams Avenue and Motor Parkway in Hauppauge, where he displayed a forged Social Security card.
Darryl Emerman, 53, of Islandia, was arrested Feb. 24 in Islandia and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and use of a leased/rented vehicle without an interlock device. Police said Emerman was sitting in an idling car outside of Hooters using a controlled substance, while in a car that did not have an interlock ignition device as required due to his previous offenses.

Michael Keegan, 61, of Nesconset, was arrested in Smithtown on Feb. 22 at 7:25 p.m. on first-offense DWI charges. Keegan was driving a 2009 Nissan eastbound on Route 347 west of Brooksite Drive.
Philip LoBianco, 18, of Nesconset, was arrested in Saint James and charged with third-degree possession of a forged instrument. LoBianco presented a fake driver's learner permit while attempting to buy cigarettes, according to police reports.
