Crime Report: Man Steals Gas, Tries to Break Into Home
The following arrest information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
The Suffolk County Police Department reported these arrests and incidents.
Keith Bertolini, 43, of Hauppauge, was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance on April 28. Police said Bertolini was on Kenny Drive on Motor Parkway when he was stopped and charged with possession. Bertolini was stopped again the following day and arrested at an Amoco station at 260 Motor Parkway at 10:45 p.m. and charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance.
Milton Martinez, 19, of Bay Shore, was arrested in May 2 in Smithtown second-degree burglary and possession of marijuana. Reports state Martinez was arrested on Express Drive North with marijuana while seated in a 2012 Honda. No additional information on the burglary is available.

Gregory Belveduto, 23, of Nesconset, was arrested in Smithtown on second-degree burglary, third-degree burglary and resisting arrest charges. Reports state Belveduto was arrested for stealing two gallon gas cans containing gas at Duncan Avenue in Ronkonkoma. Reports also state Belveduto attempted to enter a home through a rear window on St. James Parkway in Nesconset.
