Crimes Nearby: Bank Robbed in Commack

The following arrest information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Suffolk County police reported the following arrests.

Kings Park

Suffolk County Police have charged three men with making graffiti, a misdemeanor, on a building at the former Kings Park Psychiatric Center. Police said Michael Breneisen, 18, of East Northport, Anthony Marmo, 19, of Huntington and Alexis Ibarra, 19, of East Northport, spray painted graffiti at the property on Dec. 6 at 6 p.m. Police arrested the men the same day.


Three Village

The 20-year-old East Moriches man charged in the Stony Brook rape and armed robbery case pleaded not guilty on Wednesday to a 10-count grand jury indictment that included charges of rape, predatory sexual assault, criminal use of a firearm and more. Police say Patrick O'Sullivan entered a home in Stony Brook through an unlocked door with a .22 caliber rifle in his possession, sexually assaulted a woman inside the home and left with computers and a camera on Nov. 20. Police confirmed the incident took place on Nov. 30, 10 days after the incident allegedly took place, and made an arrest on Dec. 1. He stands charged with four counts of predatory sexual assault; one count of first-degree rape; two counts of criminal use of a firearm; one count of first-degree burglary; one count of first-degree sexual abuse; and one count of first-degree criminal sexual act.



Max Schneider, 23, of Dix Hills, was arrested Dec. 5 and charged with third-degree robbery, a felony. Police said Schneider entered a Bank of America off Montauk Highway and gave the teller a note demanding cash, while claiming he was armed with a gun. The bank teller complied with his demand. Schneider fled with the cash, according to police reports. After extensive hunt, police found Schneider at the Commack Motor Inn where they arrested him.


Miller Place-Rocky Point

Charles Molesi, 27, of Shoreham, was charged with three counts of petty larceny, a misdemeanor. According to police, Molesi stole a Dyson vacuum cleaner valued at $500 on Oct. 21, another Dyson vacuum valued at $500 on Nov. 11, and a 50-inch LCD television valued at $600 on Dec. 6.

Tracey Nicosia, 40, of Shoreham, was arrested for allegedly working with Molesi on the Nov.11 theft. Eugene Gotch, 42, of Shoreham, was arrested for allegedly working with Molesi on the Oct. 21 theft. Each was charged with one count of petty larceny, a misdemeanor.


Port Jefferson

On Dec. 8 at about 3:19 a.m., the surveillance camera at Chandler Square Ice Cream was damaged by an unidentified white male, according to a police report. An investigation is ongoing.

An unnamed person was taken to Stony Brook Hospital with a broken nose after being assaulted by another person on West Broadway in Port Jefferson on Dec. 8 at about 12:30 p.m.
