Crimes Nearby: Ronkonkoma Man Arrested on 8 Robbery Counts

The following arrest information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

The Suffolk County and New York State Police Department reported the following arrests:

Smithtown 

Daryn Riccardo, 40, was arrested on Oct. 6 at 7:55 p.m. on two second-degree harassment charges, a violation, and a resisting arrest charge, a misdemeanor. Reports state Riccardo pushed and punched two men on Route 25A in Smithtown.

Ricardo Guillaume, 24, of Ronkonkoma, was arrested in Smithtown on Oct. 5 on eight counts of first-degree robbery while displaying a firearm, a violent felony, and one count of resisting arrest, a misdemeanor. Reports state Guillaume displayed a weapon and demanded money from eight victims throughout September.

Commack
 
Anthony Fazio, 26, of Smithtown, was arrested in Smithtown on Oct. 1 and faces a felony charge of fourth-degree grand larceny, with property value exceeding $1,000. Police said Fazio was arrested on Oct. 1 stemming from a June 30 incident where he allegedly took pop-up tents from the Commack Fire Department.

Three Village  

Felix Rodriguez, 33, of Stony Brook, was arrested Oct. 3 and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, a felony. Police said they found multiple credit and debit cards belonging to another person during a probationary search of Rodriguez's home.

Police are investigating an incident of fourth-degree criminal mischief in which an unknown person broke a window in an unoccupied, boarded-up house on Old Town Rd. in East Setauket, then used a hose from an outside water source to flood the basement. The incident, which was reported by the owner of the home, took place sometime between noon on Sept. 21 and noon on Oct. 5.

Port Jefferson 

On Oct. 1 at about 9 p.m. the landlord of a residence on Beach Street in Port Jefferson went to collect rent money from a tenant who would not pay it. The landlord reportedly threatened the tenant and punched the front door causing a small dent.

Luke Guggino, 22, of Coram was arrested at 9:45 p.m. on Oct. 2 in Port Jefferson Station and charged with robbery, a felony. Guggino was on Old Town Road, east of Boyle Road when he allegedly grabbed an iPhone from a man and threatened to kill him. According to court records Guggino is set to be arraigned on Oct. 10.

Three men stole money and broke the cell phone of another person somewhere on Route 112 near the 7-Eleven and Pax Christi at about 4:30 a.m. on Oct. 6, according to a police report.

At 1:15 a.m. on Oct. 7, two white men wearing backpacks were spotted by police in St. Charles Hospital parking lot inserting unknown objects into a 1997 Infinity. The car had damage to the top of the doorframe. The suspects were not caught.
