Crimes Report: DWI, Assault with Walkie Talkie

The following arrest information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

The Suffolk County Police Department reported these arrests and incidents:

Noe Wilfredo Reyes, 38, of Centereach, was arrested Nov. 24 and faces one misdemeanor charge of driving while intoxicated - first offense. Police said Reyes was driving a 1998 Nissan Pathfinder with a suspended license on Route 347. He was pulled over for driving in a suspicious manner and wasn found to have a 0.08 blood alcohol content, according to police.

Christopher Fragola, 32, of West Islip, was arrested Nov. 23 and faces one misdemeanor trespassing. Police said Fragola drove to Lillian Road in Nesconset, parked his car then walked down the block to a house. Fragola entered the backyard and repeatedly knocked on the homeowners windows and doors before attempting to enter the house, according to police reports.

[Redacted], 18, of Islip, was arrested Nov. 29 and charged with one misdemeanor count of assault in the third degree with intention to cause physical injury. Police said [Redacted] got into a verbal fight wither another woman when she held a walkie talkie by the antenna and swung it at the woman's face. It struck the woman above her eye causing injury. The individual was transported to the hospital where she received 13 stitches.
