Crimes Report: DWI, Graffiti Drawn on Hauppauge Office Building

The following arrest information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

The Suffolk County Police Department and Suffolk County Sheriff's Department reported these arrests and incidents:

Nicole Diana Fortune, 33 of Hauppauge, was arrested Oct. 16 and on charges of driving while intoxicated. Fortune was driving a 2010 Cadillac SRX westbound in the far right lane of the Long Island Expressway while missing a front tire and damage to the front end of the car, according to the Sheriff's office. A deputy sheriff pulled her over by Exit 53, where she performed poorly on a standard field sobriety test. Fortune told officers she was in an accident on Veterans Highway/Route 454 that caused her to crash into the center median, according to reports. 

Bogdan Bandura, 34, of Copaigue, was arrested Oct. 13 and charged with first-offense driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor. Bandura was driving on Route 347/Nesconset Bypass in Nesconset at approximately 8:14 am. when he was pulled over by police. Officer said he failed a sobriety test.

Jordan Pine, 25, of Nesconset, was arrested Oct. 15 and charged with first-offense driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor. Pine was driving a 1999 Honda eastbound on Route 25 at 10:10 p.m. when he swerved into a pole, flipping his car over, according to police reports. Pine was arrested by police before being transported to Stony Brook University Hospital. 

Dylan Kelly, 20, of Smithtown, was arrested on Oct. 11 and was charged with making graffiti, a misdemeanor. Police said Kelly was found drawing graffiti on a door of the 1393 Veterans Highway office building using a black permanent Sharpie marker at 12:30 a.m. Police did not release a description of what he was drawing.
