Fire Breaks Out at Nesconset Elementary School
Suffolk County police's Arson squad is investigating the cause.
A fire took place at Nesconset Elementary School on Gibbs Pond Road at approximately 7:45 p.m. Thursday night, prompting Suffolk County Police and the Nesconset Fire Department to respond.
The fire was later extinguished, but police officers called in the Arson Squad to the scene investigate the cause.
Three police units and the arson squad were at the school as of 9:30 p.m., photographing and collecting evidence at the scene of the fire.
