Man Uses Credit Cards Stolen From Hauppauge Truck
Suffolk County police seek the public's help in identifying man accused of stealing a purse from a truck in Hauppauge.
A man has used credit cards stolen from a Hauppauge truck to make purchases at Game Stop.
Suffolk County police said a man who broke into a truck parked outside on Dec. 16, 2011, has used credit cards stolen in that burglary. Police are seeking public help in identifying the person.
Police said a man broke into a silver 2002 Chevrolet Tahoe outside Play Like a Pro on Expressway Drive North at approximately 5:30 p.m. on Dec. 16. The driver's side window was damaged.

The thief took a pocketbook from the car that had important papers and property worth more than $1,200 from the SUV. Credit cards within the stolen purse were later used to make purchases at Game Stop at 159 Route 110, South Huntington.
Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call Crime Stoppers anonymously at 1-800-220-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential. A cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest
